I wanted to invite you to my Weekend Boot Camp! This is my idea, 2 days of exercise - the first day will be group training, to where I will instruct and participate in a group workout I design & the second day will be an obstacle course I will set up for everyone to go through. Everyone will be divided into teams to make it more challenging!

Now if you have attended my Boot Camps at the gym, you will have a heads up on what to expect - if not don’t worry for those of you who haven’t, all I ask is for you to do your best and not give up. This is available to anyone so if you have friends that you would like to bring, they are more than welcome.

           
Location location location – Cullen Park is where the Boot Camp will take place – It will begin at 8am Saturday & Sunday (AUGUST 8TH AND 9TH) so we can beat the heat. Also since it will be held outside you want to come prepared – bring a towel ( a big one, so you can lay on it for ground exercises), water bottle “VERY IMPORTANT!” (bring extra water - training outside is going to be very different than in a gym), a snack/Gatorade (protein bar, fruit or bagel) for after so you can refuel your body.
           
To give you an idea of what to expect for the Obstacle course - it will be a series of exercises laid out as an obstacle course, there will be running, jumping, crawling, pulling/picking up, flipping tires etc. In teams you will each complete the course and gain the satisfaction of what you have just accomplished.

           
For the Weekend Boot Camp I am charging
$60 – that’s for 2 days. It will run about 1 hr - maybe a little longer give or take a couple minutes. Seeing how many of you guys show will determine how long I will keep the Weekend Boot Camp going week to week. I will need everyone to sign a release form, since I will not be covered by the gym.
