I want to thank you for everything you have taught me. You are tough, but not intimidating, which is very important when it’s been a while since a person has been back to the gym. I appreciate that .There was no wasted time. And, when I thought I needed to take a step back, you realized my efforts, weaknesses and strengths and adjusted so that I could continue with the workout, not overdo anything or overexert. You even stepped in and worked out with me from time to time, not just dictated what to do. So, I felt like I had a partner and that added to our rapport. For anyone who wants a straight-forward, hard work-out, DeeJay is your trainer! If you want a work-out that is easy, chit-chat time or won’t get results, don’t call her .

This is me with one of my clients who is a teacher, her goal was to tone up especially in her arms. She came in 3 times a week for 2 yrs.
